Diploma in any type of engineering field with diploma in industrial safety with NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA and minimum 5 to 7 years experience in civil and insfrastructure projects,Shall provide HSE training to the contructor workforce,shall conduct risk Assesment,job safety analysis and TBT as required,Participating in incident investigations;Aramco or royal commission Approved is preferable,Should hold NEBOSH general certificate in occupational Health and safety or OSHA,Must be fluent in both written and spoken in english,Must have Gulf experience.
